Do a little research
You obviously don't know much about the security subsystems of the OS's involved. Yes, you can make a Linux virus and yes, you probably could get an uneducated user to execute it. However the virus would be very limited and very easy to eliminate. The one exception to this would be if the user was running the computer as root. That is an administrative issue. If and admin is allowing users to run as root, then maybe that admins shouldn't be an admin.

Worms are also a possibility, but a hole in a protocol isn't enough. There has to be a way to exploit the hole to get root permissions. Most UNIX/Linux server apps have evolved to run as "un-priveleged users so even if there is a hole, the exploiter can't really do much.

I also see that you are parroting the fantasy that MS systems are more exploited because there are more of them out there. That statement is false. If that truly were the case then Apache would be the most exploited server on the net at a rate of 2 to 1. Apache owns 67% of the market and IIS only owns 21% (You can check these at www.netcraft.com), yet IIS is expoited significantly more often than Apache. If your contention was true, wouldn't apache be the most exploited server?
