The perfect solution.
If MS were held responsible for their negligent MO, the biggest part of the IT nightmare would stop.

As it is, one by one, company CEO's are asking their CIO's, "where's the beef"? All of this money going to the IT department is not producing any positive returns. As a matter of fact, productivity is going down. So one by one, CIO's are looking for alternatives - or a new job - whichever comes first.

Eventualy, the consumer will hold MS accountable. In the mean time, get out the check book, Microsoft wants to burn some more of your hard earned money.
