DOESN'T WORK and the writing is on the wall.

Good one. You just made beer come out of my
nose.

I support Avaya (heard of them??? formerly
Lucent) phone switches and voicemail systems.
The first thing I see when I log on to one of
the systems over a web interface is a notice
that the system is running RedHat Linux. If I
telnet, I get a bash prompt. I'm just glad I
don't get "It looks like you're trying to
troubleshoot a PBX..." from a talking paperclip.

Avaya gets it. Do you know something they
don't?
