- IT consumers are tired...
- of getting ripped off. IT products and services are getting worse instead of better. More class action suits need to be filed against the arrogant producers of goods and services. It seems the industry has forgotten that the only reason they exist is for the consumer. The consumer is king and any producers forgetting that fact will eventualy find their offerings being rejected. It's time the consumer took back his rightful place at the top of the "food chain". No penalty is too steep for the arrogance being exhibited by IT producers. In fact, they should be driven out of business.
