You might have paid attention to the article, at least.
You will see customers sticking with what they have.
Remember the quote from the article that if a company's current supplier arrived with a revolutionary idea, it would be rejected.
Companies have a great deal invested. Now they want to get their money's worth from what they already own.
This doesn't suggest a lot of interest in new ways of producing and using software.
