Why the USPO is so Dumb
Fee's. That's righ. The USPO is on record stating fee's are the primary motivation for approving any hairbrain patent that comes along.

The PO needs to go back to the fundamental basics of awarding patents on inventions/discoveries and not cleverly writen ideas instead of awarding patents on mousetraps simply because the mousetrap is painted a different color and cleverly described. No software patent over the last 10 years can claim to be unobvious. When it comes to internet programming nothing is unobivious.
