Cheap Windows? Heck it's already FREE
The average Chinese MS Windows user didn't pay for the copy he
is running now. You can buy CDs of Microsoft software, DVDs of
first run movies, and anything else you want for about $1.00 a
disk. It's sold openly in shops all over the country.

If running legal MS software raises the price of a computer at all,
IMO they will continue to run bootleg copies.

Of course, a lot prefer to upgrade to Red Star Linux.
