- Not an excellent job...

But a very good one - there are many things that I simply think he went too liberal on:
1) immigration - amnesty is NOT an option. An ILLEGAL alien is an ILLEGAL alien and they should be sent back to where ever they came. I have NO problems with immigrant WORKERS who enter this country LEGALLY on some work visa. I am sure some system could be developed to allow migrant farm workers to enter this country.
2) Medical Reform - that bill he signed got a big smile out of Sen. Kennedy - so you KNOW that's a bad thing. That bill should NOT have been allowed to be signed into law WITHOUT a significant torte reform to help offset the costs.
3) There apparently hasn't been a bill that Bush hasn't veto'd. Too much spending in many cases. Some of the things are just too expensive. Homeland security and military spending is neccessary because Clinton screwed us on BOTH accounts (we wouldn't need a homeland security if Clinton's appointees hadn't screwed the pooch with the "wall" they built between the FBI and CIA - we would have known 9/11 was coming if it wasn't for Jamie Gorelick in the Justice Department. We wouldn't have our National Reserve troops over in Iraq on LONG deployments because of a shortage of full-time military personel caused by Clinton cutting the military down by 40% to 60% depending on the branch of service.)
4) He's letting the extreme left walk all over him - he needs to FIGHT back against the liars in the press and people like Michael Moore. If they are going to libel and slander him, then he should SUE their collective assess off in court. I am hoping Bush comes out swinging when Kerry get's the guts to accept the Democrats nomination (apparently he's not going to do it at the DNC but wait until later). - Posted by: Dave P.
