I agree 100%..... as long as they do not use their (near) monopoly position to keep the competition out of the way. They were not onlu required to un bundle the media player. They were ordered to provide greater access to their server api's so the competition would not be forced to play the game with one hand tied behind their backs.

I still think the best idea was to split up MS in to an OS branch and an independant software branch. Now MS can use the OS to keep the competition out while they take over another it market.
