I'm heading for Cougar.
I don't know if it includes Microsoft Exchagne 2007, but it'd be nice if it does.

But with Cougar, this will be good for a home automation/web server, as I am using ASP.net/C# for interfacing with a host application in order to communicate with a home automation network.

It's like HomeSeer, but I get to develop my own home automation program of my choosing and that I can develop and streamline the graphical user interface for a home automation website.
