The years of lawsuits.
That is how we will remember 2003 and 2004. Or atleast according to how the media paints it. I am all for google, but if the article tells the whole story (yeah right!) this is a very valid suit. It would have been nice if some reporter asked Affinity Engines to comment on rejecting Google's code review offer.

"We think complaint speaks for itself and we're very confident on the merits of our case."

I don't think so! SCO has pulled this and everyone (actually mostly the media) went crazy over it. Even after countless mistakes they continued to believe in the case based on the "complaint" and that company's public lies. Well, hopefully, they (MEDIA!) all learned something.
