If they can do better then go for it, otherwise if you have nothing good to say then quit complaining.

There is no software that works perfectly 100% without someone griping about something.

If you don't like IE use something else, in the Corporation I work in it is the standard. Plus, before you can even log on a script runs that checks for current patches and updates. If you try to close out the box it logs you off. No problems so far in the Enterprise.
