The RIAA and MPAA's, with help from their staff of elected officials, will no doubt drive the bulk of illegal p2p file swappers off the net.

The mom and pop traders will stop downloading, and the hard core swappers will continue to trade files within their private groups.

And the music and movie industry's sales will continue to drop because the problem has always been their own antiquated business plan.

So who will they blame then?
