Judges, oh really
The judge writes, "Letting a thousand flowers bloom is usually a good idea, but here the court found evidence ... that such drastic fragmentation would likely harm consumers," the court wrote." This shows how stupid these people are to the real working computer world. We aren't talking about flowers, we are talking about future innovations in the computing environment.

Is there anyone on here that can say that Windows has made any earth shanking changes since Win 98? Yes, XP may be a bit more stable but it still isn't as stable as those nasty alternatives. Is it more efficient or much faster? No, it relies on faster hardware to get you through. No this decision was not in the consumers interest, not at all.
