Who do know
Personally that uses IE? Folks I know, from various backgrounds, who don't even know one another, simply see no reason to use IE as a browser.

It does serve one absolutely critical function - that of the once-a-month-or-more-frequently critical security update - and so far I have not been bothered by popups in that process. Once agin I question the relevance of the article.
