Why should parents and their kids be the only responsible ones?

Would a 'responsible' porn web site owner not do the trick?
Or a 'responsible' politician, (as the Dodo)?
I think you stumbled on the biggest problem in modern society. People only feel responsible for their own particular wants/needs and feel no responsibility to others.
That's called community and is dying the death of a thousand lawsuits.

I agree with the .prn extention but how and who to enforce?
