RE: Gates still has a long to-do list
Advances and a more ubiquitous use of something such as speech recognition certainly have the potential to increase productivity.

However, there are certain types of applications and hardware which could be mass-produce and marketed for use with traditional PCs such as laptops and desktops in the home, office, and school.

They could even be applied to surface computers. The technology has primarily be used for events such as conventions and in theme parks.

With some research and development, it could be modified for personal computers, mass-produced, and sold to the public.

It has been around for some time. But it seems that a company never really took the initiative to market it.

It has great potential.
