- Tic, I admire your persistance
-
but if you read most of the rants about this release, you will see
that fricking nobody pays any attention to the substance of the
OS. "Not innovative", "Dell is cheaper", "1% of the market" I have
to laugh at what most of the people write whenever Apple
releases something new.
These people just don't get it. They think the story is about the
"The Box". If anyone thinks that Microsoft can't be beat, then in
their tiny little minds, it's true.
Anybody who thinks that OS X.1, .2 and .3 are the same
operating system never used them. They think GUI is what
operating systems are about.
Not enough here will see the business uses of Dashboard,
probalby because they don't do business!!
Tiger looks incredibly exciting in terms of new capabilities, new
technologies, new speed and broad compatability. These are
things Redmond will NEVER offer and the lemmings just keep
uon going back to them. It's pathetic but keep on, Tic. You get
my vote for having great faith in mankind!!!
