Please clarify Bit/No Axe...
The EU's intent was to put the kibosh on MS's "future conquest" agenda (ie, MS control of media delivery thru it's proprietary formats and MS client-server tie-in).

How is the EU wrong?

Either (thru MS's own submission)...

MS totally controls and influences the computing world and, as it claims, any "interference" with it's operations will destroy all life as we know it. (too much power in the hands of one entity)

Or...

MS is lying again to avoid sanctions or changes that will affect it's "future conquest" agenda and present monopolistic hold.
