Jackson gave up his likely Supreme Court nomination to alert the world
Nice retort but Jackson's comments have proven true over time. Here I get to remind readers that Abramoff was the key man at the Gates Family Law and Lobby firm. Abramoff is the almost Times man of the year who is credited with corrupting the Bush administration. He worked directly with Bill Neukom and his replacement at Microsoft Brad Chase and recommended operatives to Microsoft long after departing the Gates Family Law and Lobby firm which Bill Newkom shut down just last year. Bill Newkom is the president of the American Bar Association (ABA)and his ethical values have resulted in the ABA being banned from contributing to the nomination of federal judges. Brad Chase was responsible for Microsoft's legal issues outside of the USA and I do not think that has really changed in spite of the fall guy he has set up. Brad Chase is first and foremost a European. In any other company, a loss like the ones recently in Europe would have meant the resignation of a person with Brad Chase's responsibilities.

Until Microsoft gets rid of the criminally minded that Judge Jackson alerted the world to at the expense of his own career, Microsoft's culture will likely remain criminal. Gates is leaving, Alchine is gone. Chase should be the next and I am just confused about Ballmer. He likely needs to be replaced as well.

On a positive note - Microsoft is to large for the US government to allow to fail or be looted.
