- I love the fact that I only need one IM client (Trillian) to communicate w/ AOL, ICQ, IRC, MSN, and Yahoo. I have users I IM on a daily basis in each of these mediums (AOL mainly computer neophytes, ICQ for experienced IM users, MSN for business users, and Yahoo only occasionally).
