SAP must have arangement with Microsoft
I have been pointing out for sometime the disappointment in Microsoft's dropping of Crystal Reports. It is one of the reasons I recommend IBM's Rational Application Developer which now integrates this Business Objects software.

Microsoft is currently installing SAP's recruitment module and I am fairly certain that SAP is Microsoft's largest vendor. The disappointment I and likely many developers have in the removal of Crystal Reports from Visual Studio is remedied by the SAP purchase. SAP is able to pay a premium for Business Objects because they likely have an arrangement with Microsoft to distribute Crystal Reports with Visual Studio. Huzzah to that.
