don't bother, osreinstall, DB has his own "set of laws"
which in Microsoft case, it's balck or white, yet for Google it should allways be a grey area.

He overlooks the fact that software is a grey area in itself, that laws are being made up as it goes along: A company gives an OS away for free and it's fine, yet let a TV manufacturer do the same with it's product and it's called "dumping", which is illegal.

Now, how did Red Hat know that it was OK to "dump" it's software? I mean, that's what it's doing, it's giving away a product that other companies charge for. Did they ever think that what they were doing may be looked at as illegal one day?

It's odd that DB thinks it's OK for Google can give away apps that other comapnies charge for, yet Microsoft was wrong to give away IE for free.

He doesn't understand tha laws are not allways absolutes, and that many laws are written after the fact as the needs arise, so was Microsoft doing anything ilegal at that point in time?

Should George Washington be condemed because he owned slaves, which at that time was legal? Just becuase we are smarter, and know better TODAY what a terrible thing that was, it does not justify that we should punish someone for actions in the past that were legal, and that we ourselves, if alive at that time, may not have given a second thought to.
