You have the typical victim mentality.
Blame the successful company for all of your poor marketing choices. It is called the envy of success. They chose not to appeal, for everyone was against them and knew they could not win. They lost in the court of public opinion for they were naive at the time thinking politics did not matter at the time.

As for comparing them to the 3rd Reich that is a bit of a stretch since not one person got shot or harmed in the employ in all of MS's history. However IBM does have a history of harming people. Google is declared hostile to privacy by Privacy International. I will take MS's sins over these guys any day.

Donnieboy, all I was saying is to change the laws on how corporations operate so they don't end up as monopolies to begin with. Destroying MS so a linux company becomes one isn't going to change anything. It just shows who you are rooting for, that's all.
