Laws can be modified.
Netscape did deserve what they got. Netscape was larger than MS at the time and got arrogant. You are suppose to silently build up your armed forces instead of announcing it to the enemy. The thing I am trying to tell you is they didn't know they were breaking laws until MS got the subpoena. Nobody does. There is no definite line as a barometer to cross like a speed limit. If you can tell us at what point you become a monopoly, you will always have work and be fabulously wealthy. The same will happen to Google.
