Because the Bush Republicans are Microsoft's dogs.
For Bush Republicans, it is okay to have a monopoly protecting its monopoly but it is not okay for someone else trying to derail the Microsoft's monopoly business plan for the enterprise.

Election time is coming and the Republican dogs are out for bones from its master Microsoft.
