How is it doing so? First of all, MS backed away from the merger with SAP, which would have put it into the market. Second of all, how would a merger with SAP be "using it's illegal maintained
monopoly position"?

Maybe I am stupid, but you'll have to spell it out for me. Just saying it is so doesn't make it so.
