SAP and competition
"A PeopleSoft-Oracle merger would intensify competition between SAP and Oracle in the business software market, according to an SAP executive who testified earlier Wednesday."

On the same note the higher MS marketshare becomes, the more competition will face!-:)

SAP agenda is clear, less competition, less bargaining power, higher prices, big $$$ and margins for SAP, and if Oracle has a piece of the pie so be it, as long as PeopleSoft won't spoil their sweet deal.
