The big problems with paid inclusion
You get only a subset of the results, if a site doesn't pay it isn't listed, even if its the perfect match for your query.

The higher listings are the highest paying, they in turn extract the most money from the customer, so the listing is sorted from most overpriced to least overpriced. Exactly the opposite sort order the searcher wants.
