It seems a bit of a cheek for people to complain about the lack of function from a service that is free!

Yahoo Basic is free and it doesn't limit the number of emails you can send in one day.

Excite email is free and it doesn't limit the number of emails you can send in one day.

IncaMail is free and it doesn't limit the number of emails you can send in one day.

Do you see the trend yet?

When compared to their competitors, Hotmail is somewhat lacking.
