Size doesn't matter
It doesn't matter how much storage Hotmail allows as long as they cripple their free accounts by limiting the number of separate emails you can send each day to somewhere around 20 and limiting you to 10 email filters. As big a Spam magnet as Hotmail is, 10 ain't enough.

That's why Gates and Co can sit and spin.
