A year from now.
Person X gets 150MB of email deleted because of software glitches and we all make fun of him/her for putting such information there.

But seriously, hotmail was my first email account. I was one of the first people to signup... well, 1st 10000 or so. I loved it back then. It used to be my homepage and all. I even had a 4 or 5 character password (ahhh, the old days).

When MS took over, I was ok with it. But then they started doing it their way. This was definetly one of those: if it isn't broken, don't fix it deals. I continued to use it until the whole Passport thing came in. When they forced me to signup, it all went down hill. I never told my email to anyone but a few friends, unchecked all that news crap and I still got spam. Now, it just collects junk... literally.

MS, I think you should just scrap the whole thing, bring the Indian guy who originally made it back in and let him run it.
