I don't get this?

Ok if I take a picture of you in public and post it on the net how is that any business of yours? Now had I take a picture you had professionally taken and was under copyright then I'd need authorization from you. If I took said picture in a place where you had the expectation of privacy then I shouldn't be taking you picture there and you can sue me.

That's how I understand it at least.
