but we dont' live in a pure capitalist system... not that anyone does...
i personally think the original idea of a copyright/patent system was good, because it prevented a creator from having his ideas stolen by someone else... atleast until he's had enough time to make some money off of his work.

it's the current system that i hate.. where large industries are using it to shut down smaller comapnies and control the consumer...
