I agree also, though I definitely think they will try to mess up P2P as much as they can. These are greedy criminals with no soul or accountability.

Good point. What's to stop people from holding on to the Kazaa install executable and just installing and using it even after Kazaa gets "banned"?

Unfortunately I think we haven't seen the end to the RIAA's extravagant law buying..
