25 Million Users = Unenforcable Law
How do these rocket scientists thing they're going to enforce this law? How does a person stop 25 million people from sharing data over a global network? If you really want to stop something, start with all of the SPAM IN MY INBOX. There's something you can wave that magic internet wand at. Hey, here's another great idea. How about we also ban VIRUSES!!!! Those are a pain in the ass. They also cost businesses other than the recording industry a lot of time and money.
