"Stupid to write something so vague as to be unenforcable..."

Oh, it will definitely be enforced against those that represent possible threats (P2P companies) to the greed of big business. They will not initially go after the Tivo/VCR people, as this would create such a backlash that the law might get repealed. First they will focus solely on P2P. Once it is mostly vanquished, they will then start playing games with users' rights to their own media. They may not necessarily go after home recording full force, but this gives them the club to take to our heads whenever they feel like..
Personally, this utterly unconstitutional bill is making me feel very violent right now..
