Unintended consequences of bad laws
I have a DVR provided from my cable company that I can record music and video on from TV (like TiVO). Since VCRs, copiers, TiVo, etc. are mentioned in the discussion, how long before they are included in the bill?

Stupid to write something so vague as to be unenforcable...
