MS steeling from the past again.
As many of you have noticed on this list, MS has no problem of patenting old ideas and other peoples work calling it their own. Check out Gibsons pages http://grc.com/ctwho.htm which is an much earlier attempt of MS to steel Apples work.

This total disregard of others intelectual property and calling it their own, even patenting it for their own profit is not new. As long as they remain un challenged they will in law at least own everything.
