2-3 hours maybe on the upper scale of things. Although, researching for the first time a new spyware removal may take a while. On the other hand I shouldn't have to spend 10 minutes removing unwanted software off my computer.

As to user education; how do you train your users to avoid installing something when pushing 'Cancel' or 'Do not install' is the wrong response to a pop-up prompt.

And, if these spy-ware vendors are that legit - why is it that removing some of them is sometimes harder than removing a virus. A simple uninstall command should suffice to get rid of it.
