Obviously you didn't follow the reasons behind the law. This wasn't about installing programs. It is about installing MALICIOUS malware, adware, virii. Any program that secretly reports information about my PRIVATE PERSONAL activity should be outlawed! I am not sure WHY you don't get it, but everyone thinks in their own way.
