agreed, but is that really fair?
I agree, those should be disabled by default, but is it really MS's fault (as much as people would like it to be) that these "clueless" people visit websites they probably shouldn't? That's like saying a car manufacturer is liable for drunk driving deaths because a drunk guy got behind the wheel of one of their cars and made a bad decision?

Even with all those turned on by default, unless you visit a suspect site, you don't get any spyware. Yes it should be changed, but its not MS's fault that people get spyware, its the user's fault. If they don't want to take the time to learn how to use a tool properly, then I don't feel sorry for them if it doesn't work the way they intended it to work.
