- IE's defaults allow it to happen

The default settings of even IE 6 w/sp1 (which Joe Average doesn't have a clue about) set the users up for failure. Those being:
-Install on Demand (Internet Explorer)
-Install on Demand (other)
-Enable third party browser extensions
I've seen systems rendered useless with these settings being the root cause.
