This judge obviously...

knows nothing about what he is ruling on. Spyware doesn't need new laws, there are laws already that could be used to stop spyware. Fraud and Breaking and Entering are two that come to mind.

This judge must be a total idiot in regards to IT. I wonder what he would think if someone got in his car and took off without his permission and then refused to give the car back? And in the meantime, wrecked the car.

The biggest problem with IT today are the idiots which use and abuse it. And those involved with IT that don't have a clue what it is about.
