I love that staement "quietly bundled" and can only be installed after people accept the terms." Most folks blindly agree to anything with out reading what they agree too. Most users have no idea that the quietly bundled software is about to cause more popups on their computer than bubbles in champagne and report home more than the Voyager explorer.

Yeah yeah it is "legal" but it seems to me as tech has moved forward ethics has jumped backwards.
