The statement states that they do NOT have to spend it on MS Software
So a company helping customers file claims is NOT illegal. Microsoft might try to go the fine print route, and make it harder for customers to file claims, but that will not get them any good publicity. Sounds like Lindows is going out of their way to make sure that the claims are legitimate. Microsoft should accept that and pay up. They couuld even offer to help Lindows make sure the claims are legitimate.
