Silly idea
A SCO license simply says that SCO will not sue you for using the contested software. Having an agreement with SCO in no way alters the agreement that you may have or think you may have with whoever it is that thinks they can provide a license for linux. The linux provider also says they will not sue you, but they do not identify who they are, so the promise is kind of empty.
