Microsoft Needs to Overhaul Their Support!
Based on my experiences deploying various versions of the Office suite at my company (starting with Office 95 to 7,000 workstations), I think that if Microsoft would just be more forthright about the defects in their products, and wouldn't force the vast majority of users to PAY THEM to get them to at least ACKNOWLEDGE bugs (let alone take action to resolve them in a timely manner with hotfixes and/or updates and/or a plan on how and when they will address them), they could easily retain market share.

Everyone expects bugs in a new product, but for the price a person pays for Office Professional Plus ($499.99 at Best Buy), that much money should at the very least buy a person some kind of inside hotline for unlimited bug reporting incidents, and getting actual acknowledgement from Microsoft and an response as to if/when the bugs will be resolved.

I think a lot of Microsoft customers (particularly the corporate ones) are just getting tired of their abysmal (and expensive) product support.

Anyone out there who has ever had to decipher a KB article knows what I'm talking about!
