RE: Rivals make run at Microsoft Office
Turnabout is fair play. After years of watching MS "copy" the features from Lotus and WordPerfect, I am surprised that there was not an attempt sooner than now. The power of MS Office has always been the way the tight integration of the tools.

It would have been interesting to see WordPerfect and Lotus123 bundled with a pared-down version of Sybase or Oracle, and a flash-based presentation tool.

Anyway, there is more than enough room for competition.
