- Thos Liscence Agreements Stink
-
Most of them do. Basically you give your app the right to monitor your browsing. You give somewhat custodial arrangements of wich 'authorized usage retains database of your purchases (just in case you wish to move a few files around). You give promotions away for any type of gimmick may be found prudence to 'your genre or browsing case. And you basically say that you agree that you cannot have refunds. As well with the apps involved the most of them give this precedent to perfect strangers the relationship of 'content owners to disable you /your control of apps using those digital custodial kinships.
Otherwise you can also be a full featured happy customer paying high interest credit card fees with the estabolished right to be happy about it.

This needs another structure. Different from the current model. First what is deemed as 'product must come with a 'digital receipt, this receipt is a 'digital liscence as described for 'liscenced to use (and whatever). This runs as liscence for these purchases. And only the receipt is what is used to transcript 'authorization relationships. - its the same thing only their is a little respect of the aspect enhancements.
And so what, the liscence people dont want to go with it,- hello you dont have to fight amongst yourselfs/!
Credit Card purchases - phewy. I was in the bookstore looking at the rows of magazines there, and I dont see any 'rhapsody, napster, musicmatch cards hanging around. Just a thought.
I dont intend to buy a 'liscence,I intend to buy music. And this remains what I have after I have my receipt.
Just where the whole in the moon comes from on the illicit edge of DRM,does not concern me. If I have my receipt,I have bought music. If DRM wants to figure liscence from receipt, that is DRMs business. I want music. Dont think I cant get my money back ?
Sure that pretty solid credential for anybodies self respect.Just think to this anology ,you walked into the record store, the man took your coat, your hat, your shoes, and said dont complain about it. Not to mention putting a bugging device into your socks to walk home on.
Yeah if music stores could do that. How do you get customers like that anyway.Happy customers.
And yeah I can read it from here. Good luck with the music.
